Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy:

1. Payment Terms:
   • A 50% deposit is required at the time of exhibit registration, and will be applied equally to all registered events (Spring & Fall)
   • This deposit becomes non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 90 days of the respective event dates.
   • The remaining balance for each event series is due no later than 90 days prior to the respective event dates, payment dates as follows:
     • Spring Events: Final payment due by January 5, 2027
     • Fall Events: Final payment due by July 5, 2027
2. Cancellations by Participants:
   • The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.
   • Cancellations made between 60 to 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the remaining balance.
   • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Cancellations by Organizer:
   • If the event is cancelled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund.
   • Alternatively, participants can choose to transfer their registration to a future event/s.
4. No-Show Policy:
   • Participants who do not attend the event and have not provided prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Substitution Policy:
   • Participants may transfer their registration to another entity by notifying the organizer in writing (and approval provided back to the participant) at least 7 days before the event.
